Elevated Capital Group is a vertically integrated private real estate platform founded by Matt Poechman and Paul Prochilo. We specialize in acquiring, repositioning, and operating manufactured housing communities and RV parks across the US and Canada.

Our model is straightforward: acquire underperforming assets, execute disciplined value-add repositioning, and operate them through our in-house property management platform — M&P Property Management Group. Every asset we own is managed internally. No third-party drag. No misaligned incentives.

Matt spent 17 years in elite law enforcement — serving in narcotics investigations, counter-terrorism operations, and tactical unit leadership before retiring as a decorated officer. The disciplines built in that career — high-stakes decision-making under pressure, systematic risk assessment, and unwavering mission execution — define how he operates in real estate.

Six years into a full-time real estate career, Matt has built a 148-unit cross-border portfolio from the ground up across the US and Canada — without institutional backing, without a large team, and without cutting corners. He is the founder of The Mind Method, a 7-figure personal development company, and co-founder of M&P Property Management Group.

Every asset in the ECG portfolio is one he personally acquired, repositioned, and operates. That will not change as the platform scales.
